The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth of enterprise products in the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (HBFF) organization. You will build new products and services, which improve the digital and blended experiences to help win the fight against substance use disorder (SUD), while supporting mental & emotional wellbeing of the families, loved ones and support system of those in recovery. You’ll prioritize how to engage our customers and work with a team through rapidly prototyping solutions. The Prevention Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of intensive student education programs and training to communities, caregivers and educators as well as various other HBFF products and services across the enterprise solutions department. The position has primary responsibility for providing direct services to customers and schools, including training and coaching supports. The role will serve as an implementation and subject matter expert for various prevention curricula as they support schools seeking to implement comprehensive prevention programming. - Implement training, education and consultation services in support of HBFF’s product lines and services in-person and using a variety of tools and methods including online content, and other technologies - Actively engage in professional development. - Participate on project teams as required.

Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of Hazelden Naples. Maintain HVAC and associated controls, welding, main heating and cooling. The Continuous Improvement (CI) Coach serves as an expert consultant to the organization by developing and deploying programs for the achievement of a culture of quality and continuous improvement.  The CI Coach develops the organization’s knowledgebase and ability to apply lean/six sigma principles, A3 management, continuous improvement programs, and quality initiatives by educating and coaching others. - Applies Lean principles and promotes adoption of standard work practices aimed at improving quality, safety, and flow. - Develop and deploy educational packages, tools, and systems to build quality, lean, problem solving and CI knowledge amongst all employees. - Coach staff, managers, and directors through knowledge transfer and adoption of lean thinking, problem solving, and CI. Patient Access Coordinators (PAC) are the gateway to care for our applicants to become patients with one-call resolution.  PAC’s will answer calls live, doing a high level assessment to determine clinical appropriateness for one of our facilities and verification of benefits.  PAC’s will collaborate with a number of other roles within the organization to provide resolution for the caller in the first call and to set up an appointment for a clinical assessment when appropriate.  Customer service and sales are important skills, along with the ability to multi-task. - Utilize customer service and sales skills to provide resolution to caller’s needs. - Conduct screening to determine clinical fit for Hazelden Betty Ford substance abuse services. - Obtain financial and insurance/benefit information in order to determine eligibility to participate in the programs available through HBFF locations. - Manage patient caseload to ensure conversion to admit. - Ensure appropriate documentation is recorded in patient record to facilitate complete and accurate registration in the EHR.

While executing the assigned tasks, the EVS Tech will have contact with patients and visitors. Contact may include educational and safety-related and should be appropriate to the specific demographics of patients served in assigned service areas. Responsible for ensuring timely room turns related to patient throughput within the basic principles of environmental hygiene and infection prevention.
