The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth of enterprise products in the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (HBFF) organization. You will build new products and services, which improve the digital and blended experiences to help win the fight against substance use disorder (SUD), while supporting mental & emotional wellbeing of the families, loved ones and support system of those in recovery. You’ll prioritize how to engage our customers and work with a team through rapidly prototyping solutions. These solutions must drive value and spur adoption, as well as influence the strategy and roadmaps of other teams at HBFF. We expect you to create an exciting product vision, build and implement a roadmap, collaborate, and align with cross-functional teams. This role also requires solving complex and impactful problems with a focus on outcomes, while being comfortable with testing and learning your way to success.
