The Manager, Business Applications is accountable for providing leadership and work direction to a team of technology professionals with responsibility for configuring and managing Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation’s Oracle, OnBase, Salesforce and other enterprise business applications.  The oversight of this position includes designing, building, testing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining applications, as well as application integrations. This position will ensure alignment of Oracle, OnBase, Salesforce and other business applications to meet HBFF’s strategic initiatives and support timely delivery of project deliverables. 

  • Manage operations to assure the most efficient, cost effective and scalable application of Business applications for the organization
  • Manage Business Applications to support HBFF operations and goals
  • Provide leadership, vision and long range goals to support a well-qualified, empowered, informed and productive work force


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years directly applicable experience with business applications/solutions, including support of multiple complex business applications required
  • 8 years of progressive responsibility in ERP or other enterprise business application analysis, design, and development life cycle
  • 8 years of demonstrated proficiency with process improvement and systems thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation business practices
  • Experience in healthcare field, including behavioral health
  • Experience supervising teams, leading teams, participation in leadership development trainings/programs.
