The Regional LPCC Clinical Supervisor provides advanced clinical supervision (oversight) and training to LPCC supervisees (trainees) consistent with Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation’s Standards of Care. The primary purpose is to provide individual and group supervision for current LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) staff who have passed the LPCC exam and who are working towards there LPCC clinical supervision hours per Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy requirements. Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and maintaining supervision contracts, tracking clinical encounters, recruiting and retaining new supervisees; in addition to, and maintaining applicable training materials. This is a Minnesota only regional position that would support supervisees at any of the 5 Hazelden Betty Ford Clinical sites (Center City, Plymouth, Saint Paul, Maple Grove and Chaska)
The Regional LPCC Clinical Supervisor will be responsible to ensure development of clinical competencies and ethical practices of supervisee per American Counseling Association standards. LPCC Clinical Supervisor will develop and maintain milestones for supervisee(s).
Foundation policy and procedures and consistent with Federal Confidentiality (CFR 42) and Health Information Portability and Privacy Act (CFR 45) and mandated reporting requirements
Doctoral-level clinician who has worked both is Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services
Complete 30-hour Adolescent Development Course within 1 year of hire, or demonstrate equivalent transcript evidence of adolescent education (MN Adolescent and Young Adult sites only)
