    This position is responsible for supporting the national sales and marketing programs of the organization and for driving business to assigned SBUs. Responsibilities include sales to targeted strategic, national and major accounts in a defined geographic or vertical territory, supporting the organizations SBU’s in developing and managing the region’s large prospects and customers.  Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various services and products the organization offers and understanding and using a variety of tactics for overcoming barriers to entry, objections and delays. Successfully employ a variety of closing techniques and large account management skills

    This position achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change, and overall contributing to a more positive customer experience for our patients, referents and our customers.

    • Prospect new accounts  
    • Oversight of account application, vetting, and approval process. Working with business development team and legal to ensure all contracts are approved and customers are on-boarded. This includes all necessary site visits and program launches associated with new and prospective members.
    • Oversee accounts onboarding process by getting members connected to participation and retention.
    • Identify and close enterprise opportunities with new and existing member organizations to add additional value to participants working closely with PES and Connection, and other related SBUs.
    • Coordination of Account management activities with other business development teams focus on recommendations for collateral, trainings, communications, strategies, etc.


    Required Qualifications: 

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM experience
    • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years related experience or minimum 9 years directly related experience in sales or account mgmt

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in addiction treatment industry
    • Media Relations
    • Visionary within the sales environment with ability to propose new and better ways of increasing revenue
    • Highly Analytical, strategic thinker that is data driven, but also a creative problem solver and innovator – with the ability to build new business models and first of its kind partnership structure
    • Experience dealing with C Suite external partners
    • Familiarity of complex organizations and relationships
    • Knowledge of HBFF enterprise solutions
    • Motivated self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables
    • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
    • Thorough understand of project/program management techniques and methods
    • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
