    The Network Security Analyst will plan, implement, maintain and monitor security measures for Hazelden Betty Ford’s enterprise network systems and services.  This includes assisting with the development and implementation of standards based security frameworks across the enterprise to ensure Hazelden Betty Ford is meeting compliance and regulatory requirements as well as adhering to established security policies. The Network Security Analyst will ensure the appropriate security controls are in place to protect critical infrastructure and digital systems across the enterprise networks as well as cloud based solutions.  This role will also actively participate and respond to security related incidents and triggered security events.

    • Plan, implement, maintain and monitor security measures across Hazelden Betty           Ford’s enterprise network systems and services.
    • Ensure the integrity and security compliance of enterprise network systems and services to prevent unauthorized access to corporate technology resources.
    • Participate on project teams.
    • Continually seek, demonstrate, and share knowledge in the information technology field to result in optimum expertise and resources for Hazelden Betty Ford.
    • Participate in the development and ongoing management of IT budgets and contracts – security focused elements.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (various technology specializations apply)
    • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience working in network security and vulnerability analysis roles. 
    • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills – Information Security focused.
    • Strong IT Infrastructure implementation, support and troubleshooting background. 

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Applicable certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE (applicable in various Cisco Career Certification tracks – Security track preferred for this position)
    • One or more of the following industry certifications: Security+, Network+, SSCP, CISSP, GSEC, GCIA
