    The Reporting and Data Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring continued quality of data that flows through Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation’s data framework.  This role partners with data stewards to identify data quality opportunities and works in partnership to resolve data discrepancies to deliver data reliability.  The Reporting and Data Quality Manager will ensure the reporting and data activities adhere to policy and procedures set forth by the Enterprise Data Governance Steering Committee.   

    • Manage and oversee data and reporting processes to ensure continued quality of data that flows through the organization’s systems.
    • Perform data analysis of existing systems and participate on new system design and implementation projects to ensure data and quality standards are being followed.
    • Perform the functions of reporting analysis and development to ensure accurate and timely creation of reports and/or analytical solutions.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or 8 years directly applicable experience with data quality, governance and reporting
    • 3 years of demonstrated proficiency with advanced data analytics, data modeling
    • 3 years of demonstrated experience with master data management, integration, or other specific data quality initiatives
    • 3 years of demonstrated proficiency in Tableau, Power BI or other analytic dashboard platform
    • 3 years of experience writing complex queries with SQL or other query tools


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with report creation using Cerner Power Insight, Discern, and/or Cerner Command Language, Business Objects, Crystal reporting
    • Experience leading initiatives where it involves working with large volumes of complex, multi-structured data to solve specific business problems or address specific business needs. 
    • Knowledge of cross-functional business processes and the impact it has on data quality and reporting
