    Responsibilities

    As a Mental Health Professional, you will:

    • Provide individual therapy for adult outpatient participants, with opportunities for assessments, therapy groups, couples/family work as commensurate with experience and interest.
    • Provide consultation as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
    • Provide training experiences and general education to various audiences, internal and external, regarding chemical dependency and mental health as requested.
    • Facilitate and maintain responsibility for contracting referent and significant other(s) as appropriate.
    • Maintain adequate, accurate, and timely documentation for clinical services.
    • Crisis response as needed.
    • NOTE: this position will be split 3 days at our Chaska location and 2 days at our St. Paul location

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Master's or Doctoral Degree in mental health or related field
    • Master's Level Mental Health Licensure (i.e., LMFT, LICSW, LPCC), Doctoral Level Mental Health Licensure (LP) OR Doctoral Level Graduate (i.e., PhD, PsyD) with expected LP within 1-2 years

    Preferred

    • One or more years of experience providing therapy in a mental health/chemical dependency treatment environment.
