    As the Mental Health Assistant/Clinic Coordinator, you will: 

    • Function as the key liaison and gatekeeper to the Outpatient Mental Health psychiatrists.
    • Function as a key member of the Front Administrative Team, proving quality customer service for internal and external clients.
    • Provide a welcoming hospitable reception area, greeting clients and directing or escorting them to appropriate staff. Be responsive to clients’ concerns or complaints, demonstrating tact, courtesy and patience at all times. Provide back-up to the front reception periodically throughout the day.
    • Support and drive the business and administrative functions for the Mental Health Clinic.
    • Provide support and scheduling for key mental health professionals.
    • Schedule and oversee administration of psychological testing and scanning including MMPI up to five times daily including preparation of materials and scoring. Rearrange these appointments/testing times in order to accommodate patient schedules with other departments.




    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2 years of Medical Scheduling or Administrative Assistant experience


    • Knowledge/experience with chemical dependency terminology
