    Oversees current operations and integration of program throughout the organization by producing and planning strategic operating plans and objectives for the long-term future. Creates awareness by implementing training and presentations locally and nationally. Provides operational support for each site and oversees site leadership to accomplish strategic goals and objectives. Directs and provides supervisory leadership for clinical care, supervision for staff.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Human Behavior, Health Administratin or related field required.
    • Supervisory experience in multi-cultural setting at least 3 years
    • Counseling experience with youth and families at least 5 years
    • CPR certification or completion within 90 days of hire.
    • Addiction treatment and recovery services experience at least 3 years.
    • Employees are expected to expand and update their knowledge of the addiction field through formal and informal training modalities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Current counseling or Chemical Dependency Counseling Certificate preferred.
