Directs Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation’s institutional and clinical research activities to improve treatment effectiveness and fulfill the goals of the organization’s strategic plan. Actively promotes Hazelden Betty Ford’s visibility and leadership in the field by (a) advancing and elevating the organization’s research capacity, (b) securing donor and grant funds to support research, (c) driving the integration of research findings into clinical practice, and (d) disseminating meaningful outcomes and research data to internal and external audiences. Creates department-specific operations plans and annual budgets to advance research productivity, meet budgetary targets, and effectively steward the fiscal resources of the department.
