    As a Manager Addiction Program, you will:

    • Provide leadership and supervisory responsibility for the daily operations of substance use disorder services to ensure coordination of staff and clinical services and continuity of patient care. 
    • Use standardized data to inform decision to manage staff, operations and inform decision making in order to achieve performance goals.

    • Provide supervision to staff to facilitate development of clinical competency, ethical practice and meeting performance goals.
    • Provide backup coverage and consultation in conjunction with other programs at the site.
    • Must have the ability to think strategically and prioritize
    • Having the ability to drive quality and outcomes while attending to customer service needs


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree or in process of obtaining a Master’s degree within the health-care industry
    • Must have at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience  
    • License or certificate from appropriate state or new out of state employees may be in process of getting appropriate license (must have license or certification from another state) 
    • Appropriate and current license/certification as noted below:
      • CA:  CADC or LADC or equivalent license in related field
      • FL: CAP, CAC and/or ICRC and Florida certification or eligibility
      • IL: CADC
      • MN: LADC
      • NY: CASAC or equivalent license in related field
      • OR:  CADC II or a master’s degree and 3 years full time experience in social services with minimum 2 years of direct alcohol and drug counseling experience
    • Two or more years experience in the addiction field with a minimum of two years with Twelve Step facilitation
    • Two years freedom from chemical use problems 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Addiction Studies or within the behavioral health field
    • LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT or related field licensure
    • Three or more years providing clinical supervision
