    As an Office Assistant, you will:


    Function as receptionist for Hazelden Florida Business Office by providing a welcoming, hospitable area for visitors, vendors and staff; and provide clerical support for Hazelden Florida staff.

    • Maintain a pleasant, neat and orderly reception area to ensure a positive image is projected.
    • Assume the responsibility of ensuring that callers and visitors receive a positive image of Hazelden Betty Ford.
    • Greet customers in a pleasant, respectful manner.
    • Answer phones, screen calls and handle inquiries.
    • Go to bank.
    • Give tours.
    • Provide clerical back-up support to designated areas to help ease workloads and maintain timeliness of business functions.
    • Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests and visitors.


    • High school or equivalent required.
    • Vocational or technical training desired.
    • Minimum of 2 years office experience or  directly related service experience.
    • Computer skills and typing skills of 35 wpm required.
