    As an Office Assistant for COR-12, you will:

    • Work in our opioid addiction outpatient treatment program, helping to track and schedule needed appointments for patients.
    • Provide a high level of customer service to our patients and their contacts.
    • Assume the responsibility of ensuring that patients and their contacts receive a positive image of Hazelden Betty Ford.
    • Attend to routine office activities for designated staff to promote efficient daily operation.
    • Provide clerical back-up support to designated areas to help ease workloads and maintain timeliness of business functions.
    • Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests and visitors.



    • High school or equivalent required
    • Minimum of 6 months directly related service experience
    • Computer skills and typing skills of 35 wpm required
    • Must be age 18 or older


    • Vocational or technical training desired
