This position must manage through due diligence, to include risk assessment and financial analysis, the third party contracts Hazelden Betty Ford has entered into to support the organizations’ overall strategic objectives. Additionally, this position works with sales and outreach to determine new contracts to enter into, and works as part of a team to obtain in-network status with those insurance companies. This position must communicate, coordinate, and provide ongoing contract performance and evaluations to executive leadership. Advise and consult with internal and external customers on issues relating to the content and administration of contract reimbursement information and documents.
Manage third party payer contracts for all Hazelden Betty Ford facilities and programs.
Manage all communications, relationships, and linkages with each Hazelden Betty Ford site regarding contract statuses and changes of status.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting third party payer performance for all key stakeholders across the organization, developing and reporting communication techniques
Various administrative functions related to contracting
