    The Manager, IT Infrastructure is responsible for the lifecycle (architecture – daily operations) of technology infrastructure services across the enterprise. Including on premise and cloud based directory services, servers, virtualization technologies, storage, backup, messaging and collaboration systems. The Manager, IT Infrastructure will provide leadership, direction and support for the team of technology professionals responsible for the enterprise infrastructure services. This role will ensure alignment of the IT infrastructure to meet the needs of Hazelden Betty Ford’s strategic initiatives and support the timely delivery of project deliverables.

    • Accountable for overseeing the architecting, implementing, daily operations, support and disaster recovery of Hazelden Betty Ford’s data centers, servers, virtualization technologies, storage, messaging and collaboration systems.
    • Oversee the integrity of enterprise infrastructure security to prevent unauthorized access to corporate technology resources.


    • Participate in the development and management of IT budgets and contracts.


    • Provide leadership to support a well-qualified, empowered, informed and productive workforce.




    • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (or equivalent experience)
    • 8 years directly related IT experience
    • Project Management experience
    • Previous supervision experience



    • Master’s degree in technical or business field
    • Knowledge of healthcare, publishing or education industry
