As a Nutrition Assistant, you will:

Assist with the retail operations of Jazzman's Coffee Shop, including preparation of the product, safety, quality and availability of products, and proper documentation of activities in both sanitation and production. Coordinate operations that will meet annual sales and service objectives. Availability is important.

• Provide assistance to food service staff and provide exceptional service to assure positive food service experience to all customers.
• Maintain the quality and safety of food products and equipment.
• Apply food safety and infection control principles, focusing on details on a daily basis.
• Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests and visitors.

Required

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Flexibility with schedule and duties required
• Excellent customer services and/or customer services skills required
• Cashier experience required

Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous food service experience
• Excellent communication skills and/or customer service experience
