The marketing manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy to inform the creation of product and service lines and take them to market. S/he will conduct market research, asses target customer needs, and evaluate competition while aligning market and product line business cases with broader organizational strategies and brand positioning. The marketing manager will write creative briefs and engage with internal and external stakeholders to leverage resources and ensure campaigns are completed in alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Develop a marketing plan to support the broad strategic goals of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation while meeting publishing’s business objectives for assigned target markets.  
  • Develop cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for assigned product and service lines

  • Ensure successful campaign planning and execution that integrates marketing and sales activities

  • Manage content marketing initiatives in assigned market

  • Team with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign execution that leverages publishing and corporate resources to engage target customers  


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing/communications; 3 years experience in strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
