As a Client & Administrative Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and implement the business and administrative functions for clients. 
  • Maintain a welcoming, hospital reception area for Hazelden Betty Ford visitors, clients, and staff to ensure that a positive image is projected of the organization and quality customer service is provided.
  • Receive phone calls for site, screen calls, and handle routine inquiries or transfer to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain client safe-keeping and petty cash box.
  • Provide overall customer service to clients and visitors.



  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Three years administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office


  • Vocational or technical training
  • CPR/First Aid certification
