Manage the activities and business conducted by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation Board of Trustees, its various committees and Board of Governors. Act as liaison and provide effective communication among the president, Hazelden Betty Ford’s governing board s and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate successful business activities for the Board of Trustees and Board Committees not already assigned to other administrative personnel.
  • Ensure high quality, effective communication among the president, leadership staff, foundation, councils and key constituents.

  • Maintain accurate corporate records ensuring uniformity and completeness


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 yrs experience with diversified assignments and execution of administrative details including project management
  • Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent skills in recording accurate and concise meeting minutes
  • Knowledge of non-profit governance role and functions, articles of incorporation and bylaws and experience working with boards, committees and trustees
  • Ability to prepare appropriate correspondence, reports and presentation materials for internal and external leadership/stakeholder audiences.
