As an Outreach Manager, you will:

  • Develop, implement and manage sales/marketing programs that support national marketing and regional and national sales plans emanating from the corporate marketing.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Regional Business Development Directors and other members of the regional sales team to execute on sales/marketing plans.
  • Use the support of the Business Development Department and the Marketing Department for analyzing marketing and sales results against expectations, and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Develop and use social marketing techniques to reach out the professional referent community.
  • Support (at the regional level), public relations, Center for Public Advocacy, Graduate School, Development and Publishing strategies.

This position is a key member of the regional sales team and works on business development with regional accounts, transaction management of prospect list, and local outreach to key constituent groups. 



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing/communications
  • Healthcare sales/marketing experience
  • Knowledge of chemical dependency
