Supervisor Clinical Nursing

6:30am - 3pm or 2:30pm -11pm


This position will work exclusively in our opioid addiction treatment program, which is an intensive outpatient level of care.  This counselor will work with men in an MAT supported treatment program, that is fully integrated with our medical and mental health providers.  We utilize person centered, trauma responsive, evidence based practices, within a 12-Step based treatment program.

Provide sound nursing supervision to an established team of RN's and Medical Assistants. Help drive patient care satisfaction and outcome measurements that stand out in the industry as top-notch care. Assist the Medical Service Unit with staffing and engage medical staff as we grow the services offered at the Plymouth, MN site. Assist local and national teams with development and training on leading techniques of care in chemical dependency nursing. To optimize assisting our staff with providing top level patient care, this shift may vary slightly (start and stop hours), to best meet patient care demands. Priority of duties will be supervision of evening shift staff, scheduling, client care and tasks as assigned by Clinical Nursing Manager.


Required Qualilfications:

Associate's degree in nursing required 

MN State RN license and current registration

Prior supervisory experience or experience in a charge role

BLS certification

Flexible availability 


Desired Qualilfications:

Bachelor's degree

2 years experience in addiction-related or mental health nursing

Certification in Addiction Nursing (CARN).  If not CARN certified, willing to seek certification within 2 years of hire

3 years experiene as an RN
