The Marketing Specialist will work with the Executive Director of Marketing, and Business Unit Leaders to develop and implement tactical marketing plan. The Marketing Specialist will manage, develop and implement marketing programs for the assigned business segments and will analyze marketing results against the program expectations, making recommendations for future improvements. Assigned business units include Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies, Recovery Management/Alumni, Butler Center for Research, Medical and Professional Education.
Coordinate marketing strategies with key HBFF staff to develop marketing communication efforts that are cross divisional in nature and maximize exposure to HBFF’s key marketing messages.
Act as brand champions in supporting consistent delivery of HBFF and HBFGSAS images and messages and effectively applying those in support of regional and audience-specific needs of SBUs.
