Responsibilities

As the Clinic Coordinator, you will: 

  • Support and drive the business and administrative functions for the Mental Health Clinic .
  • Provide support and scheduling for key mental health professionals.
  • Serve as quality customer service representative and ambassador to all clients.
  • Assist the Medical Director with Medical Credentialing, Scheduling and Residential evaluation program details
  • Assistance with medical credentialing and completion of disability paperwork

 

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of Medical Scheduling or Administrative Assistant experience

Preferred

  • Knowledge/experience with chemical dependency terminology
