Responsibilities

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will coordinate the patient admissions process by providing a helpful, empathic reception to patients and their families. You would also expedite the admission/transfer process to ensure that the expectations of the customer are met and exceeded and that patient census is managed appropriately.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school or equivalent and vocational or technical training 
  • 2-5 years of admissions experience, office management or customer service
  • 1 year experience with insurance and financial collections 

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 1 year in a chemical dependency treatment setting
