Responsibilities

 

  • Manage daily operations of outpatient program, assuring that addiction treatment services are delivered according to the standards of care and practice within the parameters established by the strategic plan and budget process.
  • Manage, and at times deliver, clinical services directly to the client. 
  • Supports the development and implementation of standardized processes related not only to the outpatient program, but recovery services overall.
  • Provide crisis management services in order to prevent reduce or eliminate emergencies.
  • Supervise clinical staff
  • Coordinate and manage the internship experience

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in chemical dependency or related field
  • CADC or similar addiction certification
  • LCPC, LCSW, or similar level of licensure 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Past supervisory experience is preferred
