  Through Hazelden's specialized treatment program for health care professionals, patients find the personalized care, unparalleled expertise, and peer support they need to rebuild lives and careers.


  The HCP Director will provide direction as an HCP Physician to ensure the quality and growth of the HCP program. Represent HCP issues in marketing and sales activities as needed to best support the HCP program.  Connect with key constituent groups in order to sustain and ultimately grow the HCP Program. Provide medical expertise and input regarding the type, level of intensity and quality of care for residential patients within the Oregon Continuum. Consult with other on-site health care professionals regarding the course of medical and psychiatric care, and referral to other health care professionals.  Provide individualized medical care to patients and promote interdisciplinary teamwork toward customer satisfaction.


  Position requires a Doctorate (MD), a current license to practice medicine, and board certification in internal medicine, family practice or addiction medicine; requires previous practice in general medicine, such as internal medicine, family practice, emergency room medicine, addiction medicine; applicants should have previous medical leadership experience, addiction related medical practice and 1-3 years of Health Care Professional medical practice experience; excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with all levels of associates and customers.
